- Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or issue refunds due to the nature of our products. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please send an email to email@example.com with your order number and the item you are dissatisfied with. We can not accept exchanges but will work diligently to ensure that you are satisfied.
- Once an order is made, we can NOT cancel or make any changes to that order. Our turnaround time is very quickly. To avoid any order delays Please make sure your order is correct before completing check out.
- After 24 hours of delivery we can not replace a missing or damaged item so please check your packages carefully upon arrival.
- CHARGEBACKS: If you open a chargeback, we will submit all evidence over to your bank, flag your card as fraudulent with all payment processors, and flag your IP address. If we lose the claim, proper steps will be taken in small claims court at your expense including out-of-state and legal fees.
