PGV Soaps will not be held responsible for packages that are lost due to the mailing carrier. We suggest filing a claim with the carrier if your package is lost. We will not send out another package.
PLEASE VERIFY SHIPPING INFORMATION BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER. PGV can not offer replacement packages for items that are undeliverable or were sent to the incorrect address due to customer's mistake. If you would like your packages to be re-mailed, you will have to pay for shipping again.
- If your tracking says you package has been delivered but you still haven't gotten your package, you will have to contact the carrier. PGV is not responsible for the delivery of your packages by the carrier.
- If your package is returned to our office due to you providing an incorrect address or not claiming your package at the post office in a timely manner, a reshipping fee will be charged to reship your package to you.
